Winchester, Amy, passed away peacefully on Monday 5 January 2026. Loved wife of the late John Thompson and the late Les Winchester, dearly loved and missed mother and mother-in-law of Karen and Allan Edwards, Roger and Mel Winchester, Grandma Amy and Great Grandma to Megan, Josh, Aiden and Mason Botting; Shane, Alice and Blake Edwards; Bridey, Brad and Billie Newell; Robert Winchester and Molly Winchester.

A service to celebrate Amy's life will be held at Whitestone Chapel, 54 Weston Road, Oamaru on Saturday 10 January 2026 at 10.30am. A Livestream is available by visiting Amy's page
