It's with great sadness we announce the passing of Richard Hamilton Sime on 14th February 2026 aged 55 years. After a tough battle with cancer. Much loved husband of Susan, and father and father-in-law to Ricki and Danni, Alysha, Katelyn and Anna. Grandad to Walter and Lachie. We are holding a Memorial Service to celebrate Richard's life on Wednesday 18 February 2026, 1.30pm, at the Kurow Memorial Hall. We would like to acknowledge the wonderful support from family and friends, the local community, the wonderful team at Kurow Medical Centre and the South Canterbury Hospice.
