It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Molly Oakes surrounded by her family on 28th March 2026 aged 90 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ralph, mother and mother-in-law of Lindsay and Frances, Dave and Carmen, the late John, Bruna, Malcolm and Trish, Andrew and Kathy, Gary and Monique. Much loved Nana Molly of all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and loved by her nieces and nephews.
Heartful thanks to the staff at Oamaru Hospital and Iona Hospital for their love and care of Molly.
